Selected Projects

As a researcher, I link rigorous, theoretically-driven arguments to the development of high-quality games. I’m especially interested in tackling challenging, complex problems that other kinds of approaches struggle to address, and in exploring how new technologies can augment the potential of games and play to change people’s lives for the better.

I chose the projects below to give you a taste of the many different areas I work on, and the different kinds of games I make. For example, the Audio GWAP project leverages advances in game streaming technology, while Rosenstrasse is completely analog. The P3G project created educational games about co-robotics, while Sleepy Games explored how games could affect health.
